Our customized Instructional Design process allows us to partner with our clients to easily arrange content that helps the target learners transfer the gained knowledge and skill most effectively to their job.
Our process consists of crafting the learning objectives, identifying the content in support of the learning goals, creating the exercises and activities to assist the learners with applying the knowledge/skill while receiving feedback, and assisting the transition of the learning to the job.
